1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, accessing, or using the services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is intended for people who are at least 18 and legally capable of accepting these Terms.
2. The service
AxT Journal lets users record, synchronize, organize, and analyze trading information. AxT MT5 Sync can read trades from an authorized MetaTrader 5 terminal and send them to the user's account. The service is a personal organization and analysis tool; it does not execute orders, move funds, or act as a broker, investment adviser, or financial intermediary.
3. Free service and limits
The platform is currently free and requires no card. Use is subject to limits shown in the platform and administratively configured, currently including accounts, setups, and trades per account. Limits may be adjusted to preserve security, performance, and sustainability without unduly restricting access to existing records.
4. Account and security
- Provide accurate information, protect access methods, and report unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and the devices where the application is used.
- Desktop sign-in occurs exclusively through the browser and requires user authorization. Do not share codes or sessions.
5. User data and content
You retain your rights in data, text, and images you submit. By using the service, you grant Ax Trading a limited, non-exclusive authorization, lasting only as needed, to host, process, technically reproduce, and display that content to operate and protect the platform.
- You confirm that you are authorized to submit and process uploaded content.
- You may not submit unlawful or malicious material, infringe third-party rights, or compromise service security.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not access third-party accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Do not disrupt the platform, bypass limits, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware, or automate abusive traffic.
- Do not copy, resell, or commercially exploit parts of the service without Ax Trading's permission.
- Do not use the service in violation of laws, third-party rights, or rules applicable to your trading activity.
7. Risk and no financial advice
Trading involves significant risk, including total loss of capital. AxT Journal charts, metrics, demo data, and analyses are informational and organizational only and are not investment recommendations, guarantees, or financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, must verify records with your broker, and should consult qualified professionals where needed.
8. Third-party integrations
Google, MetaTrader 5, brokers, and other integrated services are independent of Ax Trading and have their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, changes, or decisions. You are responsible for maintaining your MetaTrader terminal and integrations in a secure environment.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, fix defects, modify features, and update limits. Where reasonable, material changes affecting use will be communicated.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Ax Trading may suspend or terminate access for a Terms violation, security risk, abusive use, legal requirement, or service discontinuation. Where possible and legally allowed, reasonable notice and an opportunity to export or remove data will be provided.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ax Trading is not liable for trading decisions, financial losses, third-party unavailability, inaccurate data originating from a terminal or broker, indirect damages, or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Applicable law and changes
These Terms are interpreted under laws mandatorily applicable to the user and Ax Trading. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. We may update these Terms; continued use after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
