1. Who is responsible
Ax Trading is responsible for the processing described in this Policy. Privacy requests may be sent to support@axtradingcapital.com.
2. Data we process
- Registration and profile data, including name, email, profile image, language, time zone, and Google Account identifier when that sign-in method is used.
- Authentication and security data, including hashed passwords, sessions, access history, and technical identifiers used to prevent abuse. Ax Trading never receives your Google Account password.
- Journal content: trading accounts, platform, account number and server, trades, results, setups, tags, risk tiers, notes, analyses, and uploaded images.
- Data synchronized by AxT MT5 Sync from the MetaTrader 5 terminal authorized by the user. Broker credentials and MetaTrader passwords are not sent to the platform.
- Technical data needed for operation, diagnostics, security, and usage limits, including hashed IP addresses in certain authentication flows.
3. How we use data
- Create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, and provide journal features.
- Synchronize, organize, store, and display trading information and user-requested statistics.
- Provide demo data, preferences, support, and account recovery.
- Protect accounts, prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and investigate technical failures.
- Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
4. Legal grounds
Subject to applicable law, we process data to provide the requested services and perform the Terms of Service, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in security and platform improvement, and, where required, based on consent.
5. Sharing and providers
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by essential hosting, database, caching, file storage, email, and authentication providers, including Railway and Google, only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose data when legally required or to protect rights and safety.
- MetaTrader 5 is third-party software. The integration reads only data made available by the local terminal authorized by the user.
- Google sign-in is also governed by the policies and controls of the user's Google Account.
6. Storage, transfers, and retention
Providers may process data in countries other than the user's country. Where applicable, we use appropriate legal and contractual safeguards for international transfers.
Data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above, security, backups, and legal obligations. When an account is deleted, associated active data is removed, except where retention is required or permitted by law and for temporary backup copies.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures such as encrypted connections, access controls, password and token hashing, one-time authorization codes, and PKCE for desktop sign-in. No system is completely secure; users must protect their devices and credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
8. Cookies and local storage
The platform uses browser storage and strictly necessary technologies to maintain sessions, language and theme preferences, and application operation. We currently do not use these technologies for behavioral advertising.
9. User rights
Under applicable law, users may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability, and may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable legal basis. Users may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
- Some data can be corrected or deleted directly in the profile and platform screens.
- For other requests, email support@axtradingcapital.com. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.
10. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor registered without valid authorization where required, we may delete the account and related data.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or another appropriate channel. Questions and requests: support@axtradingcapital.com.
